Mother's Day 2005

It was a dark and stormy day... Shawnna and I started by driving to San Jose to have lunch with my mom, Dan, Liz and Andrew at Mandarin Gourmet - typical Chinese food (not as good as China Chili in Fremont). Then, we went back to Dan's house and hung out for a few hours and played with Andrew - chase, trains, balloons. Next, we drove to Fremont to have dinner with Shawnna's mom, dad, Leanna, Jeff and Mike. Shawnna and Leanna made shrimp skewers, cornbread and salad for dinner and brownies for dessert. We hung out in Shawnna's parents' redone family room (new couch, recliners, carpet, entertainment center) and then drove home. A full day with both families, time for sleep...
